How do I update my agent info?
• Log in to your account at

• Click on the button marked .
This is located on the left at the bottom of the
slate blue box underneath your contact info.
• Edit the information as needed
• At the very bottom of the page, you must
click "save" to complete your update.

How do I upload my agent photo?
• Log in to your account at
flyerplus.com
• Click on the button marked .
This is located on the left at the bottom of the
slate blue box underneath your contact info.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page to the
header Photos. Where is
says Agent photo, to the
right click on browse.
• Locate your agent photo on your hard drive
and click open.
• At the very bottom of the page, you must
click save to update your
photo
• This completes your update
IF YOU
HAVE PROBLEMS:
• Your photo must be saved as a j-peg (.jpg)
file and must be at least 180 pixels in width or
it will not upload. You will need a graphics utility
program, such as Photoshop, to convert your photo
from another format into a .jpg file before uploading.
We cannot perform this conversion for you.

How do I upload my logo?
• Log in to your account at

• Click on the button marked .
This is located on the left at the bottom of the

header Photos. Where is says Company
logo, to the right click on browse.
• Locate your logo on your hard drive and
click open.
• At the very bottom of the page, you must
click save to update your
photo
• This completes your update
IF YOU

or a gif (.gif) file and must be at least 300 pixels
wide or it will not upload. You will need a graphics
utility program, such as Photoshop, to convert your
photo from another format into a .jpg or .gif file
before uploading. We cannot perform this conversion
for you.

Do you keep my info, photo and logo on file for
future flyer orders?
• Yes, we do
• You do not need to re-upload your photo
every time you place an order
• You do not need to tell us to include this
info on each order

How do I upload house pictures?
• Your photos must be files
on your hard drive
-- If they are on a floppy disk, you must copy them
to your hard drive
-- If they are on another website, you must save
them first to your hard drive
• Log in to your account at flyerplus.com
• You will see your listings to the right,
locate the listing to update
• Click on the button marked Edit
Listing. This is located to the right
of the listing info.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page to the
header Required House Images. You will
see all your current photos for the home.
• You may replace, delete or add a photo.
-- To replace a photo, click on
the browse button to the
right of the photo you wish to replace
---- Locate the photo on your hard drive and click
open.
---- If you have no other photos to edit scroll
to the bottom of the page and click save
-- To delete a photo, locate the
photo and click Delete this image,
located just below the photo
---- Important to note, the photo you delete will
be replaced by the bottommost picture. In other
words, if you delete the second image of four, number
four image will become number two of three.
---- If you have no other photos to edit scroll
to the bottom of the page and click save
-- To add a photo, scroll to the
first open image area and click the browse
button
---- Locate the photo on your hard drive and click
open.
---- If you have no other photos to edit scroll
to the bottom of the page and click save
• This completes your update, however it
may take up to one (1) hour for your new
photos to display
IF YOU
HAVE PROBLEMS:

not upload. If you are taking the photos off an
MLS site these are too small for us to print. You
will need a graphics utility program, such as Photoshop,
to convert your photo from another format into a
.jpg file before uploading. We cannot perform this
conversion for you.
• Your photo(s)
must be saved to your hard drive or you will have
problems uploading. If your photos are saved to
a floppy disc or CD, transfer them first to your
hard drive and try again.
Q:
Can I use MLS photos, or photos from another website?
• Yes, you can if they
are at least 399 pixels wide, however, MOST MLS
PHOTOS ARE TOO SMALL (395 pixels wide)
• Be aware that these photos are generally
very small when printed, around 2-3 inches wide
• You will need to save them to your hard
drive before placing your order/uploading your photos
-- Open the web page that contains your photo(s)
-- Move your cursor over the photo you wish to save
and right click your mouse
-- Select Save Picture As...
-- Specify a location on your hard drive and click
save
-- Repeat this for all photos you wish to download
from the website
-- You may now upload your photos to flyerplus.com
Q:
How do I approve my flyer?
You will receive an email notification
from noreply@flyerplus.com when your flyer is ready
for your approval. This is usually within 24 hours
of your order - excluding weekends and holidays.
The email will have links and instructions to go
to FlyerPlus.com and login to your account. You
will be prompted to approve your flyer order(s)
that are pending your approval. Once in our system
on FlyerPlus.com you can approve, make changes,
or cancel the order by following our easy Flyer
Traffic Signal:
Green Light: You
like it! This option goes straight to our print
queue.
Yellow Light: You
want to make corrections but do not need another
proof. Once we make the corrections, we will move
it to our print queue. This is the fastest option
for making changes to your flyer.
Red Light: You want
to make changes and for us to send another email
notification with your changes to approve again.
This takes longer than Yellow Light because of another
round of email but insures the best results. You
can also cancel your order with this option.
Q:
How do I make changes to my proof?
Select either Yellow Light
or Red Light. The page that you
see will have your flyer information in text field
boxes that you can easily modify. If you are changing
the price for instance, just type in the new price
in the appropriate box. Please use the designer’s
notes box to articulate any changes that aren’t
obvious or special requests. Be sure to press the
“save” button at the bottom so we get
your updates.
Q:
How do I order more flyers after my first batch
runs out (a reorder)?
• DO NOT PLACE A NEW
ORDER, THIS WILL CAUSE TWO HOME TOURS TO BE CREATED
• Instead, you will place a reorder
for your flyers
• This can be done as frequently as every
7 days, here's how:
-- Log in to your account at flyerplus.com
-- You will see your listings to the right, locate
the listing for which you need more flyers
-- Click on the big green button marked 
-- On the next screen you need only select the number
of flyers to be printed and click reorder flyers.
YOUR FLYER WILL LOOK JUST LIKE THE LAST
FLYER YOU RECEIVED. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE.
-- If, however, you need something changed
on your flyer, you need to list specific changes
in the large box in the center of the screen. Nothing
on the flyer will be changed except what you list
in this box, even if you've made changes to your
listing through the edit listing interface.
-- That is to say, if the price has changed and
you do not mention it in this box, your new flyers
will show the incorrect price
-- When you are ready to continue, click reorder
flyers
-- That is all. Your flyers will be printed and
shipped as soon as we process your order

What is an online home tour?
While flyerplus.com
is the website realtors use to order flyers and
enter information regarding themselves and their
properties, hometourplus.com is
the website homebuyers visit to view said properties.
The online home tour is the listing as
it appears on hometourplus.com with all of the house
facts, photos, realtor contact info, and neighborhood
statistics. The home buyer visiting hometourplus.com
can utilize extensive search options to locate homes
from all of the tours uploaded at flyerplus.com.

What is my login name or email login?
The email address you gave us when
you signed up. If you do not know this please call
us at 360-823-0124 and we can tell you.

What is my login password?
Your default password is flyers.
You may change it by clicking
after you login. If you cannot login with this password,

How do I change my password?
• Log in to your account at

• Below the heading Email & Password
where is says Pick a Password, you will
enter your new password twice. Both entries
must be the same.
• At the very bottom of the page, you must

I am an advertiser, why can't I log in to your website?
• At this time our website does
not require advertisers to log in to manage their
accounts.

How is my online tour related to my printed flyer?
• Your FlyerPlus.com order provides
you with two products for your listing: an online
home tour and printed flyers.
It is important that you understand that these are
separate products.
• When you first place an order at flyerplus.com,
this action creates your online tour AND it sends
a request to the designers to begin your flyer.
This is the only time one action will affect
both products. From this point on, you need to think
of your online home tour as separate from your printed
flyer.
• Once created, the online home tour
is under your control
-- When you log in, you may change all information
about your tour, including photos, price, and sale
status
-- Especially when a home is sold, you should mark
it so. This removes it from our sister website,
hometourplus.com
-- Even though you make changes to your online tour,
because the tour is a separate product, THESE CHANGES
DO NOT AFFECT YOUR PRINTED FLYER
• Your printed flyer will
be designed with the information you submitted when
you first placed your order
-- Your flyer will be built within 24-48 hours and
you will receive an email with a link to view your
flyer
-- Because your printed flyer is a separate product
from your online tour, making changes at flyerplus.com
WILL NOT have any affect on your flyer.
-- Changes to your printed flyer can only be made
by replying to the email sent to you by the designer
of your flyer.

If I need flyers before I receive my order, can
I print the flyer directly from your website?
• Yes, you can!
• Once your flyer has been designed, it is
available online at FlyerPlus.com for download
• This means you can have printed flyers
in your hands as quickly as 24 hours from the
time you place an order, if you have a printer attached
to your computer, and would like to print them out
yourself. Here's how:
-- Log in to your account and access your quickview,
then locate the property
-- On the right, within the particular property
area, click on the link View PDF
-- Once the flyers loads on the screen, select
the File menu in the upper left corner
-- In the dropdown menu select Print...
• We will still ship your flyer order to you,
after it is approved and printed in our offices

I need to edit my listing, but there is no edit
listing link.
• This flyer was created in
our old system and must be updated to the new format
• This is very easy, here's how:
-- Click on the green button marked Reorder

-- On the next page, in the quantity box, select
Web Only
-- Click reorder flyers. (We will
not ship any flyers; this simply updates your listing
to the new format.)
-- Now when you view your listing, you will see
an edit listing link

What determines how the photos are laid out on the
page?
• The designer building
your flyer will use his/her judgment to determine
photo choice and layout
• If you give us more photos than will fit
in the template, the least attractive photos will
be left out
• Generally, the exterior front photo is placed
as the largest photo. An exception will be made
if this photo is too small for the main picture
or does not sell the property well, in which case
a different photo will be used in its place. For
best results, a main photo should be at least 750
dots (pixels) wide.
• Unlike you might expect, the order in which
you upload your photos DOES NOT specify placement
on the flyer. If you desire specific placement,
you'll need to list that out in the notes to
the graphic designer.
• Please be advised, while calling the photo
the "family room photo" may seem obvious
to you, the designer does not know the house and
would be better served if you were to describe the
photo itself.
Q:
How do I mark my house as sold?
• Log in to your account
and access your quickview, then locate the property
• On the right, within the particular property
area, click on the link Edit Listing
• Under Property Location, find
the dropdown marked Listing Status, and
choose the appropriate selection
• At the very bottom of the page, you must
click save to complete your update
• This removes your home from our sister website,
hometourplus.com

How do I change the price of my property on hometourplus.com?
• Log in to your account
and access your quickview, then locate the property
• On the right, within the particular property
area, click on the link Edit Listing
• Under Property Features, enter
the new price
• At the very bottom of the page, you must

• When you want a bullet to
appear, please enter an asterisk in its place

enter an asterisk, you will not see a bullet mark

I placed a check mark next to a bullet item, why
didn't it appear on the flyer?
• You choose which items will
appear on the flyer by placing a checkmark
• However, they will not appear unless you
also click the button Fill Bullet Points;
this action brings them down into the bullet edit
text box.
• You may then make small alterations to the
text if you need to, customizing the bullets.
